The site will not load on my phone

On a phone, loading problems are often Safari or Chrome blocking cookies, a bad in-app browser, or an old WebView. Use the real browser app (Safari on iPhone, Chrome on Android), not a link opened inside Instagram, Facebook, or email. On iPhone: open Settings, tap Apps, then Safari, then Advanced, and turn off Block All Cookies for a moment (on iOS 17 or older: Settings, then Safari). Reload https://network.unite.gay/, then sign in. On Android: open Chrome, tap the three dots

When you are charged, and how to see invoices

Joining is free, so many members will never see a charge. If you are on a paid option, billing follows the date shown on https://network.unite.gay/account/membership. Sign in and open https://network.unite.gay/account/membership. Look for renewal date, plan name, and invoices or receipts. If receipts are not listed there, check the email inbox on the account (including spam) for mail from the payment provider. We can resend a receipt if you email support@unite.gay with the ac

How to change plan

The join page is free to join. There is no public catalogue of many paid plans. If your membership page only shows one option, there is nothing to switch to in self-service. Sign in and open https://network.unite.gay/account/membership. If another plan is listed, follow the on-screen upgrade or change control. If you only see cancel, or the page is empty, email support@unite.gay and tell us what you want instead. Do not create a second account to switch plans. That splits you

How to delete your account

Deleting your account removes your membership and profile. It is stronger than cancelling a plan. There is no guaranteed one-click delete on every screen, so the reliable path is to ask us. Email support@unite.gay from the address on the account. Use a subject like Delete my account. Say you want the account removed, not only a membership cancellation. If you cannot use that inbox, tell us why and give any proof you have (old receipts, display name). What we remove We delete
