Your profile is how other members recognise you: display name, photo, and the fields we show on your member page. Use your own identity. Do not upload someone else’s photo. Sign in at https://network.unite.gay/. Open your member menu (often your photo or name in the header) and choose the profile or My Account option. You can also start at https://network.unite.gay/account/my-account and https://network.unite.gay/account/settings. Edit the fields you want to change and save.

If a charge for a paid option fails, the checkout provider may retry. Access to paid features can pause until a payment succeeds. Open https://network.unite.gay/account/membership and check for a failed-payment notice. Update the card or wallet (see How to update your payment method). Wait a short time, then sign out and in. Joining is free. If you have a card or PayPal on file from a paid plan, you can usually change it without cancelling. Sign in and open https://network.unite.gay/account/membership. Find the payment method or billing section. Add the new card or wallet, then remove the old one if the page lets you. If you only see Cancel Membership and no update control, email support@unite.gay from the account address. Never send a full card number, CVC, or a photo of the whole card.
