What to include when you email support

A short, complete email is faster than a vague “it doesn’t work.” Write to support@unite.gay. Account email. Your display name if you remember it. The exact URL. Steps you already tried. Browser, device, and whether you are in the Android app or a browser. Screenshots. Hide other members’ personal data. For money: date, amount, last four digits or PayPal, never the full card. For reports: who, when, what, and whether you need us to stop contact. One topic per email if you can

Those are maintained separately and may not match the member calendar day for day. If a Pride weekend is wrong on a public country page, say so and name the country page. If a member

The map will not load

If the Locations Finder page opens but pins never appear, it is often a blocked map script, an ad blocker, or a failed plugin load, not that your city is empty. Sign in, then open https://network.unite.gay/map. Allow JavaScript. Turn off ad blockers and privacy extensions for this site. Try another browser or a private window. On a phone, use Safari or Chrome, not an in-app browser. Zoom out. A filter may be hiding the type of venue you want. If the rest of the Network works
