The map will not load

If the Locations Finder page opens but pins never appear, it is often a blocked map script, an ad blocker, or a failed plugin load — not that your city is empty.

  1. Sign in, then open https://network.unite.gay/map.

  2. Allow JavaScript. Turn off ad blockers and privacy extensions for this site.

  3. Try another browser or a private window.

  4. On a phone, use Safari or Chrome, not an in-app browser.

  5. Zoom out. A filter may be hiding the type of venue you want.

If the rest of the Network works and only the map fails, tell support@unite.gay the browser, city you searched, and a screenshot. If the whole site is blank, start with Fixing loading issues on Unite Gay Network.
