When you are charged, and how to see invoices

Joining is free, so many members will never see a charge. If you are on a paid option, billing follows the date shown on https://network.unite.gay/account/membership.

Sign in and open https://network.unite.gay/account/membership.
Look for renewal date, plan name, and invoices or receipts.
If receipts are not listed there, check the email inbox on the account (including spam) for mail from the payment provider.

We can resend a receipt if you email support@unite.gay with the account address and approximate date. We cannot invent an invoice for a payment we never received.
