What happens when a payment fails

If a charge for a paid option fails, the checkout provider may retry. Access to paid features can pause until a payment succeeds.

Open https://network.unite.gay/account/membership and check for a failed-payment notice.
Update the card or wallet (see How to update your payment method).
Wait a short time, then sign out and in.
If access is still closed, email support@unite.gay with the date, last four digits or PayPal email, and a bank/PayPal screenshot.

A failed charge is not a cancellation. If you want to stop retries, cancel on the membership page or ask us to stop billing.
