Refunds and cooling-off

Joining Unite Gay Network is free. Most members are not charged. If you were charged for a paid membership or add-on and you want that money back, ask us in writing. This page is practical help, not legal advice.

  1. Email support@unite.gay from the account address.

  2. Subject: Refund request.

  3. Include the date, amount, last four digits or PayPal email, and a receipt.

  4. Say whether you also want the membership cancelled.

If you live in a place with a cooling-off period for distance contracts, mention that and the date you paid. We look at each request. Using the Network heavily after paying can affect whether a refund is possible. Do not dispute a charge with your bank until you have written to us, unless you believe the charge is fraud.
