I paid but I am not a member yet

New memberships are free to join, so most people should not need to pay to get in. If you did pay and still cannot sign in, treat it as a billing-and-account mismatch and write to us with proof.

  1. Wait 15–30 minutes, then try Log In at https://network.unite.gay/ with the email you used at checkout.

  2. Check the inbox for a receipt and a join mail.

  3. Open https://network.unite.gay/account/membership if you can sign in at all.

  4. Email support@unite.gay with: the email you paid with, date, amount, last four digits or PayPal address, and a photo of the receipt. No full card numbers.

Do not pay a second time hoping it will unlock. Do not send money to anyone who messages you claiming to be Unite staff.
