How to update your payment method

Joining is free. If you have a card or PayPal on file from a paid plan, you can usually change it without cancelling.

  1. Sign in and open https://network.unite.gay/account/membership.

  2. Find the payment method or billing section.

  3. Add the new card or wallet, then remove the old one if the page lets you.

If you only see Cancel Membership and no update control, email support@unite.gay from the account address. Never send a full card number, CVC, or a photo of the whole card.
