How to delete your account

Deleting your account removes your membership and profile. It is stronger than cancelling a plan. There is no guaranteed one-click delete on every screen, so the reliable path is to ask us.

Email support@unite.gay from the address on the account.
Use a subject like Delete my account.
Say you want the account removed, not only a membership cancellation.
If you cannot use that inbox, tell us why and give any proof you have (old receipts, display name).

What we remove

We delete or de-identify the member profile we control: login, display name, photo, and membership. Group posts you already published may be removed or left in place without your name, depending on how that group stores history. Backups can take a short time to expire.
