The join page is free to join. There is no public catalogue of many paid plans. If your membership page only shows one option, there is nothing to switch to in self-service.

Sign in and open https://network.unite.gay/account/membership.
If another plan is listed, follow the on-screen upgrade or change control.
If you only see cancel, or the page is empty, email support@unite.gay and tell us what you want instead.

Do not create a second account to switch plans. That splits your groups and can look like a duplicate profile.
