How Do I Cancel My Membership?

You can cancel from your membership page. Cancelling is not the same as deleting your account.

Sign in and go to https://network.unite.gay/account/membership.
Select Cancel Membership.
Confirm in the pop-up.

What you lose, and when

Once you confirm, paid billing stops if you were on a paid plan. Access to members-only parts of the Network ends when the cancellation takes effect — usually immediately after you confirm, or at the end of a period you already paid for if the page says so. Read the confirmation text before you click.

Groups, events, and the map behind sign-in are for members. After access ends you will not be able to use those until you join again.

If the button is missing or the page will not load, email support@unite.gay from your account address and ask us to cancel. To remove your profile entirely, see How to delete your account.
