Si falla un càrrec d'una opció de pagament, el proveïdor de la caixa pot tornar-ho a provar. L'accés a funcions de pagament pot pausar-se fins que un pagament tingui èxit.

Obre https://network.unite.gay/account/membership i comprova si hi ha un avís de pagament fallit.
Actualitza la targeta o la cartera (mira How to update your payment method).
Espera una mica, després tanca la sessió i torna a iniciar-la.
Si l'accés encara està tancat, escriu a support@unite.gay amb la data, els últims quatre dígits o el correu de PayPal, i una captura del banc/PayPal.
