Unir-te és gratuït, així que molts membres no veuran mai un càrrec. Si estàs en una opció de pagament, la facturació segueix la data que es mostra a https://network.unite.gay/account/membership.

Inicia sessió i obre https://network.unite.gay/account/membership.
Cerca la data de renovació, el nom del pla i factures o rebuts.
Si els rebuts no hi són, comprova la bústia del compte (incloent-hi spam) per a correu del proveïdor de pagament.

Podem reenviar un rebut si escrius a support@unite.gay amb l'adreça del compte i una data aproximada. No podem inventar una factura d'un pagament que no hem rebut.
